Tanveer Aziz

Founder & Managing Director

Graduated from Mechanical Engineering from BUET, Tanveer has been working on various types of HVAC project from the beginning of his career since last 9 years. The variety of the industry he has worked with proves his capability which includes cleanrooms, RMG , Textile, Commercial, Hotel , Saferoom & public amenities. His specialty being energy efficient HVAC system has brought him opportunities to play key role in some large scale projects located in NY, USA. With an attitude of never stopping to adopt latest technologies, Tanveer has made his firm the first contracting firm in Bangladesh to adopt BIM & CFD in their work process. Because of his skills & understating about HVAC systems, Tanveer has been playing an active role currently as the vice-chair
of CTT committee of ASHRAE Bangladesh chapter.

Nahid Parvez

Co-founder & Director

Trained in Electrical Engineering, from Eastern University, Nahid has started his career as teaching faculty and later has taken opportunities in mechanical project erection works. He has worked in multiple positions of project works related to industrial and commercial projects since last 9 years. Having a passion for in-depth knowledge of project delivery, Nahid has put himself into experience from working with root level workers at site to top level supervision from the table. Since the founding of Spenserv, Nahid has single handedly made this organization a top notch quality firm trusted for quality and in time project delivery. Being a pleasant personality to work with, Nahid is always keeping his team fired up and ready to go beyond their level for giving their best shot at work.

Rajeeb Anwar Morshed

Head of Business Management & Strategy Unit

Head of Business Management & Strategy Unit Prior to unite with Spenserv Limited in 2014, Rajeeb has been performing as an Independent Business Analyst allied with First Guide Limited and undertaken assorted business projects in the United Kingdom, some parts of Europe & Asia. As a highly motivated and dedicated individual, Rajeeb has productively worked with different global and international companies and government project in the UK; like Marks and Spencer, McDonald’s Corporation, London 2012 Olympic Association, First Guide Limited, Bilklin Limited and at the World Bank IPFF project cell in Bangladesh. Rajeeb earned his award wining MBA with ‘merit’ from the University of Sunderland, United Kingdom. Prior to this, he gained his BBA degree from the Independent University , Bangladesh.
